    Answer - In case you cancel 10 days or less before your arrival date we will keep 100% of the booking amount, otherwise cancellations are free.
  • Frequently asked question ranked Nr 2 - Is the parking included in the booking price?
    Answer - For the parking we charge $30 per night payable cash on arrival. If you require parking just mention it to our staff when they will contact you by text message on your phone about the checking-in instructions. You will receive the text the night before or the morning of your arrival.
  • Frequently asked question ranked Nr 3 - How the checking in procedure works?
    Answer - Our staff when they will contact you about the checking-in instructions by text message on the phone you are registering with us when booking.     Answer - Our checking in time is 5 PM and our check-out time is 11:00 AM. For early check-ins and late check-outs we charge a fee of $20 CAD per Hour. This is due to the fact that we have to re-shuffle the cleaning schedule and prioritize your request. We have a portfolio of 30 properties and is a difficult task to handle the cleaning as it is on a daily basis. We appreciate your understanding.
